Shift Logic Solutions ("we," "our," or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you play I Am Chameleon ("the Game"), access related services, or interact with our community.

I Am Chameleon uses Meta account login for authentication.

When you use the Game, we may receive information associated with your Meta account, such as your Meta user ID, display name, profile information you have chosen to share, entitlement status, and other information provided by Meta that is necessary to authenticate your access to the Game.

We do not collect or store your Meta password.

We do not create or maintain a separate username-and-password account system for I Am Chameleon.

1.2 Gameplay Data

We may collect and store information necessary to operate the Game, including:

In-game actions, progression, achievements, rewards, and session activity.
Character, cosmetic, paint, and customization details.
Game settings and preferences.
In-game currency, item ownership, purchases, entitlements, refunds, and related transaction records.
Reports, moderation history, rule enforcement history, and support-related information.
Technical information such as device type, operating system, game version, crash reports, error logs, connection information, and performance-related information needed to operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Game.

1.3 Communication Data

If the Game includes voice chat or other player communication features, those communications are used to provide multiplayer communication between players.

We do not record, permanently store, or actively monitor voice chat at this time.

If the Game includes text chat, player names, room names, reports, or similar communication features, we may review related information when necessary to investigate abuse, enforce community rules, protect players, or respond to support requests.

1.4 Payment Information

All purchases are processed through Meta or the applicable platform payment system.

We do not collect or store your credit card number, debit card number, billing address, or full payment details.

We may receive and store purchase-related information needed to provide purchased content, verify ownership, process entitlements, handle refunds, prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with applicable platform requirements.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

Operate and maintain I Am Chameleon.
Provide multiplayer gameplay and related online features.
Authenticate players through Meta login.
Save progression, cosmetics, customization, purchases, game settings, and other gameplay-related data.
Provide purchased items, in-game currency, cosmetics, and other entitlements.

Meta, to process platform login, entitlement checks, purchases, refunds, and platform-related services.

Platform operators, legal authorities, or other relevant parties when required by law, platform rules, legal process, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, property, users, or the Game.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share your personal information with third-party advertising or marketing partners.

4. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Game, provide services, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce rules, comply with legal obligations, or support valid business and platform requirements.

Gameplay, account, purchase, entitlement, and support-related data may be retained while your Meta-linked Game profile remains active.

Moderation records, reports, enforcement history, support records, and security-related records may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, prevent fraud or cheating, enforce rules, protect users, protect the Game, or comply with law.

If you request deletion of your data, we will delete or anonymize information associated with your Game profile unless we are required or permitted to keep certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, accounting, platform, or enforcement reasons.

5. Children's Privacy

I Am Chameleon is intended for players 13 years of age and older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without proper authorization, we will delete it promptly.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Your use of Meta, the Meta Quest platform, and other third-party services may also be subject to their own privacy policies, terms, and settings.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms or services that are not controlled by us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the Effective Date above. Significant changes may also be communicated through in-game notices, store pages, official websites, community channels, or other reasonable methods.

Your continued use of I Am Chameleon after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you agree to the updated Privacy Policy.
